I love it when my devices wish me a Happy Birthday ^_^
Welp, I'm 31 years young now. My birthday this year was low-key, and I liked it. I meant to make a cake (as I always do), but I didn't. I slept in instead. And I saw a friend I haven't seen in awhile and I met her new baby, who is just cute as a button. I hung out with Gary and he took me to Outback Steakhouse, where I ate my first lobster tail. The next morning I got french toast with my best friend at the Egg And I, which was delicious as usual. This entry is gonna be super-short, but I did take some pictures of my birthday and they say a picture is worth a thousand words so there
it's not too short after all. ♥
Twitter wished me Happy Birthday with colorful balloons floating across my profile page! Some of them would stop at the top of the screen & they popped when you clicked on them. I was thoroughly amused by this all day ^_^
It was beautiful weather on my birthday, which is always a lovely blessing ♥
I wore grey taffeta floor-length skirt, octopus socks, ballet shoes...
...'Little Mermaid' tshirt, purple hoodie, pearl necklace, hair clip. Was gonna put on makeup and then totally didn't.
I got to hold Little Baby Opal who was a super happy baby full of smiles!!
Gary showed me a WWII era war plane hiding behind some restaurants. I thought it was pretty badass.
And here's my birthday dinner... it was delicious & I'll always remember it because I never had my own lobster tail before. Outback Steakhouse had, surprisingly, really killer carrot cake, some of the best I've ever had.
And that was my 31st birthday! I'm looking forward to another great year!
